





The horizontal self-cleaning filter is a fully automatic, continuous online filtration water treatment equipment designed to remove solid impurities and suspended solids from liquids. With a horizontal structure, it uses a motor-driven screen cleaning mechanism combined with differential pressure/time control to achieve automatic sewage discharge without manual intervention. +86 15936525232Normal Filtration Liquid enters the filter through the inlet, passes through the internal screen (from inside to outside or vice versa), and clean liquid flows out through the outlet, with impurities trapped on the screen surface.
Auto-Cleaning Trigger When the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet reaches the set value (or the set cleaning time is reached) due to accumulated impurities on the screen, the control system automatically initiates the cleaning process.
Efficient Self-Cleaning The motor drives the cleaning mechanism (suction brush/suction nozzle/scraper) to move axially along the screen, while the drain valve opens. System pressure creates a reverse jet flow to flush impurities directly from the screen. The main water flow remains uninterrupted during cleaning, ensuring continuous filtration.
Fully Automatic Operation, Maintenance-Free: Dual control modes (differential pressure/time) enable automatic cleaning and sewage discharge, eliminating the need for manual screen disassembly and cleaning.
