The centrifugal mesh filter is a commonly used composite water treatment device in the agricultural irrigation industry. It combines two principles — centrifugal separation and mesh filtration — specifically designed to remove heavy solid impurities such as sand and gravel from water. It is an efficient and economical solution for water pre-treatment.

Heavier particles like sand and gravel are thrown against the cylinder wall by centrifugal force, then sink down into the sediment collection tank at the bottom, separating most of the heavy impurities.
Stage 2: Mesh Filtration (Fine Filtration) Water that has undergone centrifugal separation then passes through a stainless steel mesh filter, which captures fine suspended solids and remaining impurities. After this dual filtration process, clean water flows out from the outlet, protecting downstream drip irrigation and sprinkler pipelines and nozzles from clogging.
High Filtration Efficiency: Dual interception — centrifugal sand removal first, then fine mesh filtration. Especially suitable for high-sediment water sources such as well water and surface water.
Cost-Effective & Durable: Simple structure with no easily damaged filter elements in the centrifugal section, resulting in low operation and maintenance costs; only periodic sand draining is required.
Wide Adaptability: Ideal for various irrigation scenarios including farmland, orchards, greenhouses, and public green spaces. Acts as the "frontline protector" for drip/sprinkler irrigation systems.
Compact & Easy to Install: Integrated design that can be directly connected to the irrigation head, making installation and maintenance very convenient.
Pre-treatment at the head of agricultural drip/sprinkler irrigation systems to prevent sand and gravel from clogging pipelines and nozzles.
Purification of high-sediment water sources such as well water and river water; essential equipment for water-saving agricultural irrigation.
Also suitable for scenarios requiring solid particle removal, including industrial water treatment and public green space irrigation.
